Corrupt at its Core

The David Hearn Case proves beyond a reasonable doubt that our Justice System is corrupt at its core.

This kind of meritless case isn’t an odd exception in our justice system (both federal and state). They are a routine exception that occurs daily. While only a few of the truly outlandish cases make the news or “goes viral” (like that absolute POS in Colorado named Jamie Milliman), the vast majority of mundane “pre-textual stops” occur thousands of times every day. Thankfully, that POS in Colorado (who just got a reprimand instead of being FIRED) may get his due as his victim is suing this Gestapo wannabe asshole.

Now I agree that New York’s Pre-textual Stop ban would be nice, but it won’t solve the epidemic corruption problem (i.e the corrupt people who work in the prosecutors offices around the country). In other words, prosecutors [like POS Keith A. Becker] are the real problem with our injustice system as they help incompetent morons like Jamie Milliman operate.

People are slowly beginning to realize that the cops are not always the good guys, like the movie Crash showed, they can be both good & bad at the same time. Without very strict controls and very harsh punishments, every cop can quickly become a bad guy. It’s time that everyone understands and accepts that.
