What is a Session ID? If you ask Google, it will correctly tell you that it “is a unique, randomly generated alphanumeric string that acts as a lookup key to identify a specific user’s temporary data stored on a web server. Because the HTTP protocol is stateless—meaning every page request is independent and forgets the user—PHP relies on this token to link consecutive web requests together and maintain user state (such as [“logged in status”] or shopping carts).” Google will also tell you that “a session ID can be associated with an HTML file, but the association happens through how the web server serves that file or how client-side JavaScript handles it, rather than the static HTML file itself containing inherent session capabilities. Static HTML files cannot natively generate or process session IDs without external assistance.”
You must focus on that last sentence for this post. Static HTML files cannot natively generate or process session IDs without external assistance. As a computer expert I knew that fact in 2013, so when I got my NIT Report, I could immediately tell that the session ids in my report were 100% fake. First, as you can see from the image on my about page, both of the requested files were html NOT php. Second, the ids were different. If they were real session ids they must be that same. Third, they were not present in the request_headers column as they MUST be if they were legitimate.
So, for the case against me to survive, government shills were needed to be employed as “my” experts. Rebecca Mercuri was no shill, so Joe Gross Jr. dismissed her summarily, without cause or justification. In other words, she made it clear to him that she wasn’t going to accept Becker’s nonsense about the NIT just being a flash application so he refused to hire her.
Bottom line today, the shill’s Conference Report proves 4 things:
- The FBI created TB2’s tracking system from whole cloth.
- The FBI injected a hidden iframe into every HTML page. The Conference report (Figure 3) shows the iframe was inserted into the html code, but it’s important to understand that code could have been planted after the sting.
- TB2’s log (visitors table) only recorded HTML file requests. That was the major fatal flaw of the log. An HTML file is always just text, thus it provides no evidence for any crime.
- According to the Conference Report (Figure 4), the values labeled session ids were actually random ids generated by FBI code. While randomness does make an accidental duplication of any particular id unlikely – that uniqueness does not confer the continuity, identity or attribution that a real PHP session id provides.
Those four things are pivotal because there is a case ending “probable cause” deficiency with TB2’s “visitors” table (on my About Me page or Conference Report Figure 12). That is, for a charge based on knowing receipt or access with intent to view illegal pictures, POS Becker was allowed to present TB2’s fabricated visitors table to the grand jury and leave out the FACT that it would be inadmissible at trial. (You may be surprised to learn that this dirty trick is entirely legal BUT, Becker violated DOJ’s policy and suborned perjury if he knew that TB2’s Visitors was fake.
The lead expert for my defense (Ashley Podhradsky) was CHFI-certified So I reject that she didn’t understand that TB2’s visitors table was fake. I assert that she had her team examine PHPBB’s server in January of 2015 because she knew TB2’s visitors table was fake, therefore by examining PHPBB she could physically avoid it. I also reject that she had any legitimate basis to accept Becker’s nonsense that the NIT was just a flash application. Therefore, I assert that her January and June 2015 Court reports constitute perjury.
Dr. Ashley Podhradsky (CHFI) knew that TB2’s Visitor table was fake. She knew Tinyboard didn’t track users in any way. She knew (as her Conference Report proves) that the FBI had added the tracking system after they confiscated the server on November 15, 2012. Therefore she knew the four case dispositive things listed above. So she, in fact, helped POS Becker railroad me. I dare anyone to argue otherwise in light of the heavily redacted June 2015 emails exchanged between her and POS Becker while she was writing the June 2015 report.
I WAS RAILROADED and I DARE ANYONE TO ARGUE OTHERWISE. This was a slow motion railroading. It ran from November 2014 until December 2015. I’m also 99.9% certain that Operation Torpedo was a Parallel Construction operation.
