Now, it’s important to remember what the Court told me on August 3, 2015 (See transcript here) “THE COURT: There’s no final order effectively entered until there’s a sentencing.” So, from August 3 to December 16, 2015 I’m trying to withdraw my plea because there is not a sufficient factual basis for it. Jospeh Leo Howard fights me all the way… In hindsight it’s obvious that his role was to coerce me into a plea deal.
All through September and October I’m ordering Howard (via email) to file the paperwork to withdraw my plea. He ignores or refuses all my requests. Then in November HE arranges for POS Becker to present a reverse proffer. The reverse proffer was presented to try to get me to end my campaign to withdraw my plea. I fly out to Nebraska and attend the reverse proffer on November 18, 2015. It consists mostly of presenting the illegal content of TB2 (something I never contested) and then at the end POS Becker tried to sneak in porn of women who look young but who are actually all 18 or over. I point out his ruse and the proffer ends abruptly. Have I mentioned how corrupt these people are? Anyway, I have a heated discussion with Howard and another shill named “Kasel” in the hallway as they try to convince me that the government has a compelling case. I tell them “no they don’t” and order Howard to file the motion to withdraw my plea.
On November 30, 2015 I’m frustrated with Howards inaction. So I send the judge a letter (See PDF below – it’s missing the even pages for some reason). In it I explain all the problems with the evidence in my case and my defense team’s deliberate aiding an abetting of my railroading. The Court apparently disregarded this letter because I was represented by counsel; but, it proves I’d been saying that the case against me was fabricated with specificity since November 30, 2015.
My November 30th letter forced Howard to submit the paperwork to withdraw my plea and a hearing was set for December 16, 2015 (the day before my sentencing). My faith in the judge evaporated during that hearing as he believed all of POS Becker’s nonsense and totally ignored my FACTS. He denied my motion from the bench (he’s never issued a written order explaining his decision) and my railroading was complete. The next day I was sentenced and he allowed the Marshalls to take me into custody because he didn’t have to allow me to self report. (Like someone in my position was often allowed to do.)
The Marshalls kidnapped me on December 17, 2015 in front of my crying mother. I’ll discuss my kidnapping in the next post.
